Basic Job Requirements
Weaving Machine Technicians
- Familiarity with textile weaving operations
- Able to weave and maintain an assigned set of weaving machines
- Able to trouble shoot and perform fixer duties to set up and maintain weaving machine operation at required efficiency
- Able to keep and maintain a neat and orderly work place
- Needs to be mechanically inclined
- Able to work independently or as a part of a team
- Able to operate a hand held scanner for inventory control
- Able to operate a fork lift
- Able to meet all production and quality standards for the job
Tie In Operators
- Familiarity with textile tie in operation
- Able to prepare weaving machine for warp tie in
- Able to trouble shoot and correct warp leases
- Able to operate Staubli and other tie in heads, frames and other related equipment
- Able to keep and maintain a neat and orderly work place
- Needs to be mechanically inclined
- Able to work independently or as a part of a team
- Able to operate a hand held scanner for inventory control
- Able to operate a fork lift
- Able to meet all production and quality standards for the job
Finishing Plant Machine Operators
- Familiarity with complex continuous operating machinery
- Capable of being cross trained on multiple jobs within the finishing plant
- Able to operate a hand held scanner and a computer for lot tracking and inventory control
- Able to lift 50 pounds
- Able to trouble shoot issues related to the operating machinery
- Able to keep and maintain a neat and orderly work place
- Needs to be mechanically inclined
- Able to work independently or as a part of a team
- Able to operate a fork lift
- Able to meet all production and quality standards for the job
